SHIPPING
 
DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED
All items will be shipped within 1-3 days from the receipt of payments, excluding weekends and holidays. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself. 
 
All domestic orders ship USPS. We charge a flat rate of $10. Your order may be returned back to us and you will be responsible for any further shipping fees.
 
You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped.  
PICKUP OPTION
 
Orders available at our Showroom must be picked up within 7 days. After these dates, orders will be canceled and store credit will be issued in the amount of the lowest sale price. Item availability & pricing are not guaranteed.
 
RETURNS
 
Official Haute Mess offers returns for store credit ONLY (NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS)
Once orders are placed, no changes or cancellations can be made. Customers must contact us within 7 Days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 7th day, the item is final sale. 
 
 
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL
 

Please note: store credit based on return does not include shipping charges, unless the return was an Official Haute Mess error. Swimwear and Accessories sales are Final. 

 

 

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
 

Orders placed for overnight service before 1:00 PM EST will ship out the same day  (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note: Next day shipping fee is $25. Please email if you are interested in next day shipping.
